Purchase of a gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
Card must be activated before it may be redeemed. Reddemable only on in-store purchases for merchandise at Industry Workwear locations. Not applicable online. Card may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law. Industry Workwear is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for unauthorized card use. For card balance refer to your last receipt or visit any Industry Workwear location. We may refuse or cancel card for suspected fraud. Cards are issued by Industry Workwear and do not expire.
